The Work Routines List will help you do things more efficiently and faster –  which means you will save both time and money.

The important thing is to perform your Work Routines during your peak time or your non-peak time depending on the project.

Refer to the Work Routines List to determine which projects should be under which time.


Your peak time is the time of day that you have the most energy to do work.  You feel the “strongest” during that part of the day.

There are morning peaks, afternoon peaks, and evening peaks.  If you’re not sure when you think you are the strongest, or have the most energy, pay attention over the next few days. 

If you still can’t figure it out, maybe you can think of it in the opposite way –  Which times do you feel you have lower or less energy?  That’s your non-peak time, the time to do most of your routines.
